Terms of Service

MoneyGPS is an educational and informational tool. It is NOT financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit-counseling, or debt-settlement advice, and it does not create any advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or professional-client relationship between you and MoneyGPS or its operators.

Nothing in the app is a recommendation to take or refrain from any particular financial action. All projections, scores, routes, and simulations are estimates based on the information you provide and on general assumptions, and they may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision.

Every decision you make using MoneyGPS is your own. Our defining principle is that approval does not equal improvement: qualifying for a loan, card, refinance, or settlement does not mean it benefits you. You are solely responsible for your choices and their outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MoneyGPS. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and your own.

We do not guarantee any financial result, savings, score change, goal achievement, or other outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including the accuracy of your inputs and your own actions and circumstances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Estimates produced by MoneyGPS are only as good as the data you enter.

MoneyGPS offers a free, ad-supported tier and a paid Premium tier without ads. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. The free tier may display advertising provided by third parties.

MoneyGPS relies on third-party providers (including hosting, database, email, payment, and advertising partners) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONEYGPS AND ITS OPERATORS, OWNERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyGPS and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and MoneyGPS waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by contacting us.

We may modify these Terms or the service at any time; material changes will be posted and your continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
